Shipping Policy

All herbs and teas are prepared fresh for each order. Orders will be shipped as soon as items are ready and available.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping through FedEx:

FedEx Ground: $9.95
FedEx Express: $24.95
FedEx Overnight: $39.95

(Overnight shipping excludes Friday shipments and Saturday deliveries.)

The cutoff time for expedited shipping is 1:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders typically arrive within:

2–3 business days using Express shipping
3–5 business days using Ground shipping

Free Shipping

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping on domestic orders totaling $49.99 or more (before taxes and discounts).

CBD Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship CBD products internationally. CBD Teas ships only within the United States due to varying regulations. International customers are encouraged to check back as policies evolve.

Address Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). A valid physical address is required for delivery.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships so you can monitor delivery.
